Boarding Is your dog like your baby?
VetSit provides a home away from home for your little friend. Boarders get to enjoy all the action of day-care, leaving them happy to curl up in bed in our custom built playroom.
The boarding space is CCTV monitored, with an air purification system for disease prevention. Dogs are separated at night to ensure their safety.
We care for 6 dogs per night to ensure each is given the care and attention they deserve
VetSit was the brainchild of my daughter Katie, who is a vet, and was established by us in 2022. From the outset, Katie oversaw our animal care business and staffing. Having a legal background I assisted her with formation and other secretarial and administration matters.
With a number of animals of our own, we struggled to find a service sufficiently staffed to care for our pets, particularly those with medical needs. We decided to set up VetSit as a luxury doggy daycare service staffed by qualified animal care professionals.
We pride ourselves in the calibre of our team and our outstanding facilities. The team is headed by Kirsten (Kris), a veterinary nurse with over five years experience. I am extremely proud of the service we provide at VetSit. We all engage in regular training and I myself am trained in canine CPR.
Our Play Area Consists of:
Purpose built playroom for relaxation
The dog garden
Sand arena used daily for play, chase & digging
Indoor play-zone with padded flooring
All indoor zones sanitised every night using veterinary sanitisation procedures.
Dogs less than 20kg only
Monday – Friday 8:00-6:00pm
Late collection €15 for every 15 minutes late
(no daycare on weekends or bank holidays)
